Missing out on Cebu Pacific's P1 to ALL Philippine & International Destinations :(

I am catching up on my e-mails when I realized I missed out on Cebu Pacific's Piso Fare.

Cebu Pacific yesterday send out e-mail notifications about their P1 to all Philippine & International Destinations.
